Daniel is an accomplished property professional with significant expertise in acquisitions and development across both residential and commercial sectors. During his 20+ year career Daniel has developed luxury residential properties in Chelsea & South Kensington, London and large-scale commercial properties working with both private equity and institutional funds management companies in New Zealand. He has built a career by identifying high-value opportunities, structuring complex deals, and delivering projects that exceed stakeholder expectations.

Andy brings extensive experience across investment consulting and research, responsible investment, and funds management, with a career spanning institutional, wholesale, and retail markets. Since 2009, he has held roles at ING (NZ), American Express (UK), Eriksens Global, Research IP, and ANZ Investments, working across New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Australia, and the Pacific.

He currently serves on the investment committees of multiple charitable trusts and is a CFA Charterholder, a member of the Institute of Directors (NZ), and holds a BA in Economics and BCom in Finance.

Simon partners with ZAHA to provide AIP applicants with professional advice for investment deployment. Simons career experience spans 30 years working as an investment banker for UBS, Goldman Sachs, Graeme Harts Rank Group, Hobson Wealth and more recently across the Venture Capital sector. Simon aims to provide investors with access to valuable knowledge and independent advice to make the best investment decision.
